Vienna for Zoom

Last updated: July 11, 2026

The Vienna Zoom integration connects your Zoom account to scheduling so that meetings you schedule in the product automatically create a Zoom meeting, with the join link attached to the event.

This page covers adding, using, and removing the integration.

Adding the app

Prerequisites

  • A Vienna account.
  • A Zoom account (free or paid) you want to schedule meetings from.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your dashboard at nougat.law/login.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Scheduling and open the Conferencing tab.
  3. Find Zoom in the provider list and click Connect Zoom.
  4. You are redirected to Zoom's authorization screen. Sign in to Zoom if prompted, review the requested permissions, and click Allow.
  5. Zoom returns you to Vienna and the Conferencing tab shows Zoom — Connected.

Permissions we request

We only access the Zoom data of the user who authorizes the app.

Using the app

Once Zoom is connected:

  1. Schedule a meeting. Create or open an appointment in the dashboard and choose Zoom as the conferencing option.
  2. Get the join link. When you save, a Zoom meeting is created automatically and its join URL is attached to the event and shown in the confirmation.
  3. Review details. Open any Zoom-backed event to see its join link, start time, and status, pulled live from Zoom.
  4. Join. Use the join link at the scheduled time.

Removing the app

You can remove the integration from Vienna or from Zoom.

From Vienna (recommended)

  1. Go to Dashboard → Scheduling → Conferencing.
  2. Click Disconnect on the Zoom provider.
  3. Vienna immediately revokes the connection and deletes your stored Zoom token from our servers. The app can no longer access your Zoom account or create meetings on your behalf.

From Zoom

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us.
  2. Go to Manage → Added Apps, find JuristAI Meetings, and click Remove.

What happens to your data on removal

  • Your Zoom OAuth token is deleted from our servers and the connection is marked revoked.
  • Existing events keep any join links already created, but no new Zoom meetings are created until you reconnect.
  • To also delete previously created meetings, remove them from your Zoom account or contact support.

Troubleshooting

  • "A valid redirect_uri must be supplied" — refresh the Conferencing tab and click Connect Zoom again. The supported redirect URL is https://www.juristai.org/dashboard/zoom-auth-validated.
  • Nothing happens after clicking Allow — make sure redirects to www.juristai.org are not blocked, then retry.
  • The connection stopped working — disconnect and reconnect from the Conferencing tab.

Data handling

  • Zoom OAuth tokens are stored securely server-side and are used only to create and read the authorizing user's own meetings.
  • On Disconnect, the stored token is deleted and the connection is revoked.
  • No Zoom data is shared with third parties.
